Harris Sussman, Ph.D

Harris Sussman is one of the nations leading experts on cultural diversity, social dynamics, and changing demographics. For the last nine years he has written the most widely-read national column "Diversity Questions & Answers" for Managing Diversity in the United States.

As chief workforce analyst and resident futurist at Digital Equipment Corporation, he became the most requested internal resource in the world today for that company. He has been a classroom teacher for grades 4-12 in Ohio, New York, West Virginia and North Carolina and has led numerous staff development programs on Cultural Diversity.

Dr. Sussman won a grant from the U.S. Office of Education to conduct a 3-year, 10 state faculty development project that became a national model. His work has been featured in Business Week, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The wall Street Journal, the NBC "Today" Show and PBS "News Hour."
