In recent times, we have been shocked by horrible acts of violence in our communities and schools which traumatize students and faculty and disrupt the learning environment. As a senior consultant with Dr. Willard Daggett and the International Center for Leadership in Education, Dr. Marrazo has developed a comprehensive program in Character Education that promotes effective instruction in a peaceful school environment.

The approach is practiced through four interactive roles: coaching, supporting, directing and empowering. Specific skills, methods and strategies are used within each role to promote sound character, develop a peaceful learning environment and achieve high academic standards.
