Micheal Kneale

Mike Kneale has been a carpenter, an elementary teacher, a high school teacher, an assistant principal and the youngest principal of a comprehensive high school in Ohio. Mike Kneale became Superintendent of Holdrege and Grand Island City School Districts in Nebraska. He was then appointed Superintendent of Colorado Springs Public Schools. He is currently the President of Kneale Enterprises and Education Research Development Institute.

Mike Kneale bachelor's and master's degrees are from Kent State University. He received his doctorate in leadership from Harvard University. He has been a visiting professor and hosted his own radio and television programs.

Micheal Kneale has been awarded numerous awards. Some examples are: Outstanding Young Man of America, Outstanding Educator of Nebraska, President of Nebraska Association of School Administrators, Chamber of Commerce Boss of the Year, United Way General Campaign Chairman in Grand Island and Colorado Springs, Hospital Board Member, Governor's Advisory Committee on Education Reform...and he was commissioned an Admiral in the Nebraska Navy!

Mike Kneale derives his greatest personal satisfaction from helping people reach their innate potential. He has presented in every state, Canadian Province and continent on the importance of valuing our people and the institutions that develop them.
