diverse kids as a youth counselor at one of the most difficult group
homes in the country. He was involved with homeless children, court
ordered youth, gang members, skinheads, pregnant teens and adult
offenders. Darin applied his work and research to companies he has
owned and managed, including a company with an employee base of
75% Generation X and court ordered young adults. While in partnership
with a multi-million dollar franchise, he led his company to become
the fastest growing franchise in his region. He knows about team
building and managing difficult environments.
