Darin Green

Today's workforce and marketplace are comprised of several generations. For the next 10-15 years there will be three generations of employees at work Baby Boomers, Xers, and Generation Y. Generational differences can create a minefield of friction, conflict, and high turnover or create new opportunities for higher retention, harmony, and a greater competitive edge.

Darin Green learned how to understand and teach diverse kids as a youth counselor at one of the most difficult group homes in the country. He was involved with homeless children, court ordered youth, gang members, skinheads, pregnant teens and adult offenders. Darin applied his work and research to companies he has owned and managed, including a company with an employee base of 75% Generation X and court ordered young adults. While in partnership with a multi-million dollar franchise, he led his company to become the fastest growing franchise in his region. He knows about team building and managing difficult environments.
